Inland Transport: Road Freight Across Saudi Arabia and the GCC

Zenlogix arranges road freight inside Saudi Arabia and across the GCC from our base in Riyadh. We book full-truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) moves between Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and other cities, cross-border trucking to the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Jordan, and bonded transfers between seaports, airports and the Riyadh Dry Port.

Each move is planned around the cargo: flatbeds for machinery and steel, reefers for chilled and frozen goods, and curtain-siders for palletised freight. For border crossings our team prepares the FASAH customs documents and coordinates clearance on both sides, so trucks are not left waiting for paperwork.

Domestic FTL & LTL Trucking

We arrange full-truckload and part-load road freight between the Kingdom’s main commercial centres, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail, Yanbu and the industrial cities, as well as deliveries to project sites and regional warehouses.

You tell us the cargo, pickup and delivery points; we match the right truck and coordinate loading appointments, transit and proof of delivery.

  • FTL for dedicated loads, LTL for smaller palletised shipments
  • Flatbed, low-bed, reefer and curtain-side trucks
  • Port and airport pickups linked to your customs clearance

GCC Cross-Border Road Freight

Road freight is often the most practical way to move goods between Saudi Arabia and its neighbours. We arrange cross-border trucking through the main land crossings:

  • United Arab Emirates via Al Batha (Ghuwaifat on the UAE side): typically 3–4 days Riyadh to Dubai
  • Bahrain via the King Fahd Causeway: typically 1–3 days
  • Kuwait via Al Raqi and Al Khafji: typically 3–5 days
  • Qatar via Salwa: typically 4–5 days
  • Jordan via Al Haditha
  • Oman via the Empty Quarter (Rub’ al Khali) crossing: typically 5–6 days

Transit times are typical door-to-door times from Riyadh, including the border crossing (Zenlogix operations, October 2026).

For each crossing we prepare the export and import paperwork through FASAH: bill of entry, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, including GCC certificates of origin where the goods qualify for GCC treatment.

Bonded Transfers & Rail Connections

Not every container needs to be cleared at the port. We coordinate bonded (transit) trucking from Jeddah Islamic Port, King Abdulaziz Port Dammam and the airports to the Riyadh Dry Port or another inland customs point, where the goods are cleared closer to your warehouse.

For container moves between Dammam and Riyadh we can also book Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) freight services on the Dammam–Riyadh line, with trucking at each end.

  • Bonded transit under customs control
  • Port-to-dry-port moves by road or rail
  • Final delivery from the dry port to your door
