Zenlogix arranges ocean freight between Saudi Arabia and the rest of the world through the Kingdom’s main ports: Jeddah Islamic Port and King Abdullah Port on the Red Sea, King Abdulaziz Port Dammam and Jubail on the Arabian Gulf, and Yanbu. We book FCL, LCL, Ro-Ro and breakbulk shipments with major shipping lines and our overseas agents, then handle customs clearance and delivery, including to Riyadh via the Riyadh Dry Port.
If you do not have enough cargo for a full container, LCL lets you share container space and pay only for the volume you use. We arrange consolidation at origin through our agent network and deconsolidation at the Saudi port of discharge.
Our team prepares the documents, books the space and coordinates customs clearance through FASAH, then delivers the cargo to your warehouse in Jeddah, Dammam, Riyadh or elsewhere in the Kingdom.
With FCL you have a container for your cargo alone, which means less handling and a simpler customs file. We book 20′, 40′ and 40′ high-cube containers, as well as reefer, open-top and flat-rack equipment, with the shipping lines serving Saudi ports.
We coordinate the booking, origin trucking, export documents, ocean transit and arrival at Jeddah, Dammam, Jubail or King Abdullah Port, and can take the container on to the Riyadh Dry Port for clearance closer to your site.
Vehicles, construction equipment and oversized items that do not fit in a standard container can move as Ro-Ro or breakbulk cargo. Drivable units are rolled on and off the vessel; non-drivable or very heavy items travel on Mafi trailers or are lifted as breakbulk.
We arrange the sailing, port handling, permits and onward transport by low-bed truck to your site in Saudi Arabia.
Typical Ro-Ro and breakbulk cargo:
If you manage your own trucking and clearance, our port-to-port service covers the ocean leg only. We book the space, issue or arrange the bill of lading, and follow the shipment until it is discharged at the destination port.
This option suits importers and exporters who already have a customs broker or transport provider in place and want competitive ocean rates with clear communication.
With port-to-door, we take over when your shipment reaches the Saudi port. We file the import declaration through FASAH, arrange payment of customs duty and 15% import VAT to ZATCA, link any SABER or SFDA certificates, and book the truck to your warehouse.
For deliveries to Riyadh, containers can move under bond to the Riyadh Dry Port and be cleared there, which keeps the clearance close to the final destination.
It is a single point of contact for port handling, clearance, release and final delivery.
